Actually, they'll be on the bottom of the roster, and OUT of the rotation.

Marcus Williams - DNP/CD

That can't be good. I'm guessing he's next to go, and soon.

It can't be good that Williams logged another DNP-CD. But it's not like Hairston was getting a lot of minutes to make his case either. I wonder if they'll wait til the last minute to make an announcement.

I think Ian will get more playing time as he rounds back into form. I still think he can be a good player.

Maybe Hairston could make big impact, hopefully he could be on roster.

I think Hairston is in.. M. Williams hasn't played in a while..

I am hoping for Hairston. Not that I don't like Williams ability to play multiple positions and his attitude, it is just that Malik seems to be the more consistent player.

Its like Pop has said a few times, there will be someone he cuts that will make an NBA team. Unfortunate, but that says more to the Spurs overall talent this year, than bad judgement.

Those are some good players to have at the bottom of the barrel.

Hope Hairston can make the team and crack the rotation.

Pop has hinted at not keeping either, but I think if they keep one, it'll be Malik.

I think he plays over Ratliff in the early part of the season. Still not much time, but there will be some.

Pop wanted to use the last two preseason games to get a semblance of a regular season rotation going. Marcus Williams getting a DNP-CD = Marcus Williams won't make the roster IMO.

Or they wanted to take a last ditch look at Hairston before deciding to let him go.

Blair will also start the season at the deep end of the bench if Pop goes with the same rotations that at the end of the preseason.

I also think Williams will be waived today.

There's no way Williams makes it. I think Hairston will be on the top of the bottom of the roster, at least, along with the Big Yawn. Seriously though, how could Pop believe Bogans is a better player than Hairston? I'm pretty sure no one around here does.

Hairston will come through.

Ian, not so much.
