Your least favorite team (call it bandwagon, I don't care. I've explain why I'm a Pats fan multiple times).

Hey Warner, if you weren't so busy reading the fuckin bible, maybe you could complete a wide open pass to Breaston.

Hmmm, it's all good. I assume (and hope) it's because you know people from NE?

I got family from NE, and when I was 11 years old, the first sports bet I ever won was a bet I made against my friend in the Rams Patriots superbowl. Since then, I started cheering for them. It is a little fairweather cause idk if I would be a Pats fan if the Cardinals hadn't sucked for my entire life.

Fitz beasted last year in the playoffs, but Boldin's been doing it his entire career. I doubt many people had Fitz in their top 3 before last year's playoffs.

Fitz has always been as good as he was. When he's been injured, Boldin has been useless. When Boldin's been injured, Fitz stepped his ass up.

Kurt Warner hates black people. Boldin was wide open and he was reluctant to throw it.

He's too lazy to buy time in the pocket and look down field, when you've got a contract locked up like he does, it's a lot easier for him to just dump it off on a drag route.

Bitter much?

Cards D is going a great job so far in the second half, and it looks like Feagle forgot how to punt this week.

Really surprised that the Giants keep trying to run the ball. That's the strength of the AZ defense. Now with DRC out you'd think they'd air it out more.

What a bullshit late hit call. Warner gets hit worse on basically every play.

This is the best part of a new coordinator. No more soft zone prevent defenses that give up game winning super bowl drives.

Eli has played a pretty mediocre game by his standards tonight.

AZ in first place in the NFC Worst, Dallas tied for first in the NFC Least. Who woulda thunkit after the way both teams started the season.

Giants are lucky they aren't 4-3. Their schedule only gets tougher. No luxary of facing the Bucs/Raiders/Redskins every week.

I would not

JMarkJohns

They are two different types of receivers. Boldin was a warrior for this team for a long time. It sucks that he's always gimpy and isn't capable of making a consistent significant impact. Fitz has clearly overtaken Boldin... but nobody should be picking one or the other. Arizona has both.

CubanMustGo
10-25-2009, 11:51 PM
Boldin was really laboring in the second half. Do you entertain sitting him next week vs. the Panthers and give Doucet a chance to show something? He's not going to get better playing every week.

JMarkJohns
10-26-2009, 12:54 AM
I think Doucet is injured. But, yeah, I might not play him in the first half and see if he's needed. Throw Hightower out there as a wideout and see what that yields. He's been a reliable receiver, and could work as the possession receiver to fill in for Boldin.

Given the way Carolina has looked so far this year, and given how Arizona fared against them last year when Boldin was injured, I say sitting Boldin is a no brainer unless he can prove a lot in practice. I really want the team to keep him or at least keep him happy enough before they trade him where he won't start T.O.ing it (so running his body into the ground and decreasing his value is playing with fire), and even disregarding that situation, we have the rest of the season to worry about.

Best run D in the NFL and one of the worst pass defenses playing a team that is extremely dependent on dominant running, and an offense finally coming alive against a D that has been horrible this year. Sit Boldin, they shouldn't need him against Carolina. If they do, they've got bigger problems than Boldin's health.
