You can edit it yourself at "my controller". It is found under the "Options" feature.

but there is no turbo in there... in 2k9 it is sprint
what is it in 2k10?

Just get a gamepad, it's worth the money and the Turbo then is the R1 button.

Look carefully. Mine definitely had turbo.
