this is nickelodeon's slime

it started in the late 80's from the early 90's where nickelodeon would use slime in all there game shows

also thanks for the link re-animator, i have the programs to do it, but my attempt sucked horribly, and that attempt took 45 mins of time, i thought someone with a graphic design background could do it quick, but i dont know.
