View Full Version : Which player on YOUR team, irks you the most?

We all have a certain player on our favorite team that really iritates us. Who is your least favorite player on your team?

For me, its definitely Jordan Farmer. When he gets in the game I immediately start screaming at the TV. I don't know why he's still the first guard off the bench. I know he does some good things sometimes but far too many times, he does not. Someone said before that Farmer is the Rally killer and I agree. He's had his opportunity now to get it right but it's just not in him. I would look to trade him before the deadline.

Carlos Boozer deserves public dismemberment, but in addition to his abysmal defense, that's also based on his bad attitude and extreme selfishness.

If I were to pick a scrub that gets under my skin? Well? Nobody. The Jazz are cool this year. I fucking loathed Jason Hart when he was here though.

Bonner. He's a roller coaster of a player.

He gets you up when he starts draining threes. Then he drops you down when he tries to do just about anything else. :lol

Fortunately, Vaughn is no longer around to draw my wrath.

Mahinmi.

I'll grant him the injury issues last year, but more often than not, we should have a pretty good idea of what a player's capable of by now.

And the fact that I still don't know what to make of him is what's particulaly irksome.

Josh Howard drives me nuts sometimes, but mostly it's JJ Barea. He can make some amazing plays, but he's such a liability on defense and can't run an offense to save his life. Rodrigue Beaubois can't replace Barea as the backup soon enough.

Parker. No one else even comes close. He is overrated. He plays one side of the ball.

No one on my team irks me as much as Spurs fans do....
:rolleyes

If you don't like Parker, then why even follow the Spurs? He is a big part of the Spurs. Does it suck when the Spurs win but he was the star of the game who made the biggest difference. Or do those wins not count to you?

If they expect too much, yes. If they expect Bass-like production, then I think he'll be fine.

Barea is a bigger problem because he has the ball in his hands far more, and he's Carlisle's pet.

Whenever the Spurs have won big, Duncan has been the best player, so I don't know how to answer that question.

For the reason many people are Spurs fans, because of Duncan.

He is a big part of the Spurs scoring. * Fixed.

Whenever the Spurs have won big, Duncan has been the best player, so I don't know how to answer that question.

So when Duncan retires the best thing will be that you won't be a Spurs fan anymore. You are just a bandwagoner.

Dirk. He's regressed so much it pisses me off. Poor shot selection, relying on that stupid motherfucking fadeaway as his crutch instead of creating a real shot. The Mavs have always gone as far as Dirk carries them, this team looks every bit as weak as last years.

Amare Stoudemire. This guy could have been one of the best power forwards of the era if he had the focus or basketball IQ. It's frustrating to see an athletic freak like Amare play inconsistent D, rebound when he really feels like it, and rely on his jumper as much as he does. Maybe it's the result of microfracture surgery, but I remember when he took it to the rack everytime he touched the ball, and his defender would let him because he was so ferocious.

Didn't he have 29 points last night? Were they all fadeaways? I didn't see the game but the boxscore looked impressive for Dirk.

He got to the line a lot, but was only 10-25 from the field. And yes, there were a lot of fadeaways, although getting to the line that much is a good sign.

After last nights game for me its Carisle. I still think he is a good coach, but that three pg lineup needs to stop.

JJB is able to frustrate me like no other player has before. When you have Jason fucking Kidd on the floor he should be the primary ball handler not you you stupid munchkin.

Dirk's only regressed compared to 05-07. Yes, most players are better when they're 27-28 than when they're 31. But last years playoffs showed my man Dirk, 2006 NBA Champ, is still a beast.

As for last night, bad shooting night but I'll take 34 Pts on 25 shots most of the time..

Hm... good question. I don't know if there's a player that really "irks" me right now on the Celtics. If anyone, it might be KG for rarely taking it to the hole, but I've come to expect that. Maybe Ray Allen for hit hot/cold streaks?

Last year, it would have been an easy tie between Mikki Moore and Starbury.

I sincerely hope he will temper his passion for 3's... or at least, make a good amount of them as he did against the Cavs.

Are you stupid or something? Tony Parker is integral to the Spurs success, as is Kobe to the Lakers.

For years it was Larry Hughes due to expectations and hoping he would snap out of it.

Right now Mo better pick up his game after he lost in game 1 against Detroit last playoffs. Moon had that nice oop but when he's shooting those shitty semi-open jumpers he'll get on the hate list.
