that's what I was thinking too..I hear all the major media saying if we win this game, we're pretty much in..shit..I've seen us fall over our own feet too many times to agree. But I think we'll be able to pull it off.

well, when they show up they have been good (tekk and okie). when they haven't (k-state and arkansas), they've been really bad. if they show up, with the game at home, they have a chance.

The only person who should be injured is the idiot coach who is calling the offensive plays. What is that bullshit empty backfield stuff??? We can't do that against FL/Bama....the QB is gonna get murdered.

You need the back there for TWO HUGE REASONS:
1. Block any blitz
2. Force the D to at least think you MIGHT run it...even if we have pretty shitty running plays and backs.

Also, how about some passes out the backfield to the RB...maybe a screen or 2??? NOW GET WITH IT and make the necessary changes

Yeah..Texas was smart though..they got permission by the Big 12 to allow their players to be closer to the field than usual, because of how close the stands are to the field...then they put up a huge white board so the fans couldn't put their heads through the bars and yell and scream at the players. They wanted them to focus. The best part was when Texas was up 41-7 to start the 4th quarter, and the players were running down the sidelines telling them "We still have 15 minutes left..finish this game." "It takes 60 minutes to play a game."

I'm just glad we got out of there with a W and no significant injuries, playing at Ok. State always makes me nervous. I was also very glad to see that A. Williams only had a minor knee injury, nothing serious. I think he's probably the best CB on the team with all due to respect to Curtis and the rest of the secondary.

Would still like to see the running game have more flow and effectiveness, but overall a great win. Looking down the road, the game that's really starting to worry me is T+1. We better have our eyes wide open.

I thought we played very well defensively, actually. If Zac would have had a halfway decent game we could have won. Sad for an OSU team to say they lost because of their O and not their D.

Wow..are you serious? You're not going to give any credit to the Horns? That defense was insane. McCoy was on the ball the whole game. Texas' D was in Robinson's head from the second series. That game was over after they were stopped short and missed the field goal on the first drive. That's just disgraceful, man..our team showed up, played hard, and dominated, and you're going to blame it all on the officiating and saying your QB sucked? Ridiculous..man up, dude. I normally respect the hell out of your posts, but this one was just sad.
