I'd prefer not to purchase any league pass package. I just want my SA locals and everything that comes with them.

The thing that urks me the most about this is that I'm barely out of spot range for locals on Dish for SA, just about 10 miles.

Move 10 miles West. It'll only add 10-15 minutes to your commute. :)

10 miles west on I-10 is not even close to 10-15 minutes on a morning commute.... More like 30. Plus I would rather not live in a trailer park.
