... of two players for the 2009/2010 season.

Player A:

PPG: 4.0
RPG: 10.5
BPG: 3.5
FG%: .375
FT%: .500

Player B:

PPG: 2.5
RPG: 10.5
BPG: 1.5
FG%: 667
FT%: .167

Can anyone guess these two players? I'll give you a hint; they're both starting centers.

Starting centers? Eh, I'll never figure that out.

The first one is obviously Gregory Oden; good to see that he still has 0 offensive skills.

Who is the second one?

The aging corpse of Ben Wallace.

Yup, meaning he's made 1 out of 6 FT's... at least Oden can hit free throws! Unless the game's on the line, of course. :lol

So, Oden barely plays better than a Ben Wallace three years removed from being a factor in the NBA. Great number one pick.

this comparison is seeing how fast they are breaking down...

oden fighting old age

bwallace fighting his former self....

Knowing Spurstalk, we love to drag down Greg Oden. He is probably the only center except for Bynum we would talk trash about. Looking at the numbers, it was him.

To really degrade him, Player B has relatively similar stats. Ben Wallace is around and playing well and looking at the free throw percentage is probably him.

if you look at detroit games you see ben still having it defensively against avarege opponents. It's sad that he was like crucified after the ecf last year when we all know his game and his limitations. I think he has a couple of year left.
