Disney World Was Not That Bad!

Just got back from a 5 day stay in Orlando... I must say I fought this trip for about the last two years... but since my Father-in-Law was footing most of the bill... what could I do?

I was impressed... nice and clean, no long lines.... even had BEER!

The TV at the hotel sucked though.... no ESPN! How the hell can a
Disney Resort NOT have ESPN???

Man, you should have told me about this.

I would have told you to go to Universal Studios and Islands of Adventure...which was voted best theme park in the world.

It is so much better than Disney. It is more for older kids and adults.

I took my office there in 03 and they loved it so much, I taking them again the first week in June. It is swesome.

I think I liked the Animal Kingdom the best... May go again in January for the Disney Marathon...

Disney is awesome. Universal Studios is for older kids.
But nothing catches the magic like Disney.

That is why, you go to the Boardwalk and go to the ESPN Club.

No shit Tpark, The Boardwalk is the place to be at night. The ESPN club is great. You can play bball games and eat and watch sports, what more do you need?

Also at the Boardwalk, check out Jellyrolls which is sort of like Howl at the Moon in SA, where there are 2 pianos dueling each other and also they have a great dance club there called The Dance Hall.

Btw, the best time to visit Disneyland is during January...when it's raining. No wait at all.

My dad's business did the track that the Peter Pan ride rides on. Do we get a discount? Noooooo

Go to Cedar Point in Ohio. It is one of the best. It has 16 roller coasters. One that is 420 tall and goes 120 mph. Its name is Top Thrill Dragster.
