If he can't get into the regular rotation there, he can't make it in the NBA.

Yeah they can use a slow-weak SF that doesn't do much except knock in wiiide open 3's. Sometimes.

Living in the Sacramento area I watch a lot of Kings games. Interesting signing. I wonder if they think Garcia will be out longer than expected or they're disappointed with how Desmon Mason has performed thus far.

All of spurs players > Udoka
Udoka sucks
Ime may not have had the skills to stick in SA...but he always came out and gave 100%. That's more than you can say about a lot of players in the League.

So much promise for him and now he's scraping the bottom of the barrel. Just not tuff mentally/emotionally. Gets down on himself and it just goes downhill from there. Such a shame.

Well said. I'm happy he got another contract, when you see the stiffs playing in this league this guy definitely deserves a spot on a roster somewhere - just not on one of the top 5 teams in the NBA.
Sacramento: where Spurs players go to die.

He'll be cut in 10 days, unless he's finally learned to make a shot or play D...maybe he can summon those skills from his caca arm.

Kevin Martin has a hairline fracture in his left wrist. He has 3 options: continue playing with a soft cast, have surgery and miss 6-8 weeks, or have a hard cast put on and miss the same amount of time.
Mason has been awful, Garcia is out for a while, and if you add Martin to the sidelines it might explain why the Kings signed Udoka. Obviously he's not going to replace that type of production but it's not like they had a lot of other choices.
