Did you see him lock down Johnson, Durant and Ariza? Exactly what he's going to do the Spurs. Manu, Jefferson, it doesn't matter. Ron will pitbull em.

Oh and please me tell who on the Spurs roster is going to guard Kobe? :lol

I guess I missed when it was announced it was written in Korean on the broadcast. He played good today as well.

He did not lock down Durant. If you watched the game, you know you are being intellectually dishonest. Durant was gassed for someone reason before Artest got on him. He did do a great job cooling down Joe however, and Ariza is not exactly known as an offensive dynamo.

in addition to what DPG said, there are more options this year than Manu and Jefferson (who, by the way, can both be on the floor at the same time, Ronny can only guard one at a time)

Oh and please tell me who on the Lakers roster is going to guard Parker?...er, guard Manu?...er, wait... guard Jefferson?..uhmm... what happens if they're all on the court.... TOGETHER?! dun dun duuuunnnnnn!!!!!!!!

He put "Champion"(In Chinese) on one side of his head. It is funny because he is the only one in the team who does not have a ring.

No he locked him down in the 2nd half.

He was gassed because Artest was being very physical with him. Durant didn't want any of that and started settling for 3 pointers. That's good, lock down defense.

hahaha i didn't hear the broadcast, just saw a picture but didn't see the side of his head with the (mandarin?) i just figured he was getting acclimated with LAs K-town. wonder if Yao taught him the chinese....no wait, then it would have said 'conference quarterfinals'

im not judging the lakers as whole until gasol comes back, but so far without the refs you guys dont look so good and are barely winning in overtime? come on now that doesnt look like the team that was supposed to match jordans record!! esp. since the similarities between mike and kobe are uncanny! i dont even think durant is scared of kobe now!! good luck with ron guarding our whole team

We'll take 2 W's on back to backs on the road regardless how ugly it may look.

The Spurs have upgraded, so perhaps they can make it out of the 1st round this year. But against the Lakers besides the Duncan, Parker, RJ and Manu Vs. Pau, Bynum, Artest and Odom; we still have Kobe that you cannot match ever. Who's stopping Kobe?

Durant not scared? He has never beat Kobe period.

Sure, you guys have the advantage against our starting five, but what about your bench against our bench? And yes, who's going to stop Parker with Ariza gone? Right, you've got Fisher

Just a little misunderstanding. Under those Korean are Chinese characters.

Just smart marketing. He's not a top name star in the US and won't be but the Asian markets are wide open.

With Yao out for the year; Kobe and Artest will probably be the two biggest NBA stars in China along with Yi.

Not sure what his ties to Korea are. I suspect PEAK shoes are also in the Korean market as well.

Helps both his shoe career and his rap career which isn't much in the USA but could spread in other countries.
