Question to all the wimps who shit their pants when they realize it's not possible to go 82-0 in the regular season-

What do you suggest as some serious solutions to the problems you have with the rotations and performance up to this point?

What is a satisfactory accomplish to this season? Seems like you are thinking we should 79-3 at the end of the regular season and eventual NBA champions. It's title or bust for you. I would love a championship but I'd settle for an improvement over last year. I want to see a team with an identity. I want a healthy Big 3, Spurs defense, and a brave bench that goes 9 deep. Seriously, what do you expect come April/May/June?

If the Spurs play a good season, put up a good fight in the postseason, and/or beat the Mavs/Lakers in any round of the playoffs I think all naysaying headless chickens should permanently change their sig to "I'm a fucking piece of shit" or "I'm gay for Kobe"

If you have to spew this much menstrual blood on the forum for a rocky 5 game start then you shouldn't be allowed to celebrate success if and when it happens. You are not fans. And yes, it's a "title or bust" mentality. Isn't that what they play for? Ask any player, they will not tell you "Well, a title would be fine, but our real goal is to be better than last year." No. A title is the ultimate goal. I can't believe I had to explain that to you.

Fair enough-point taken. I thought maybe if I wasn't 'just bitching' and offered a alternate thought process it might do some good, maybe cut the lameness by about 15%. I had posts like that in the pre-existing bitching threads that were nicer than this but they didn't do too much good. But who knows, maybe this type of bitching about bitching is unappealing enough that it inadvertently dissuade the douche.

What a great point. There are plenty of strictly moderated boards. This isn't one of them. Only the hosts get to decide what is unacceptable conduct. When the team isn't playing well, there is an inevitable reaction. If that conversation is not to your liking, just take a break from ST. The mood will change again, it always does.
