That's not "legalising", which means it would become a legitimate product and could be openly produced, bought and sold, that's "decriminalising", which means basically not making it an offence to have a little bit on you. The reporter used the wrong word.
Smartest legal move in US history! :lol

Why is the title of this thread: "Weed legalized in Denver" when the title of the article referenced is: "DA: Pot Still Illegal In Denver"?
:wtf

My guess is the OP was posting while impaired. :smokin
I like this part:
"It is still illegal to possess less than an ounce of marijuana anywhere in the state, and that includes Denver."
So I should be okay because I always carry more than an ounce.
It also says:
marijuana possession charges under state law, which carries up to a $100 fine and a mandatory $100 drug-offender surcharge.
200.00? It cost me more to take care of a ticket for not using my blinker, I say smoke up if those are the repercussions.
Okay I exaggerate, it cost me about 175.00 to take care of the ticket, but still.

haha.
I know the title of the article says the exact opposite of the thread title, but the term legalized would get more views than "still somewhat illegal but a lot more legal than it was before." :smokin
