Don't use the stall on the far right...LOL
I hauled my bbq pit to the ranch this weekend and pulled it out after it rained so it was muddy on the outside...plus I haven't cleaned the baffles, drip pans, etc. for at least 10 cooks and it was way past time...
I tried to clean up the stall after I was done but I'm afraid it was terminal...
Dude I don't even drive on that part of town, much less wash my car there (Much less actually wash my own car).

I like a man with a clean pit
What about one that acts like a homosexual at the HEB while his wife buys lobster with his Lone Star card?

Yeah, I don't know.
I see quite a bit of that since I work at HEB.
Lady with Prada purse bitching because she didn't know you had to get the "least expensive brand" milk when using her WIC card.
"I'm in a hurry so you better make him run to get my milk. And be sure it's 1%!!!"

CC your descriptions suck and your threads are worthless without pictures!
Yeah I don't know if I need pictures of a filthy stall at a car wash.

sorry no pictures. The pit has cooked probably 20 racks of ribs, 10 stuffed pork loins, 10 briskets, and probably 80# of pork shoulder (for pulled pork) since I cleaned it last. Pit seasoning adds flavor up to a certain point but eventually you just get too much of a good thing. Think about all the meat drippings getting carbonized and everything inside the pit being sticky/black. I should have worn a haz mat suit cleaning it...

Oh yeah, I tried a version of the smoked meatloaf, only problem was that I don't have your expertise so my smoke ring wasn't as good as yours...
