It's the 40th anniversary of Sesame Street, so I thought I'd give you a brief video anthology of some of the times basketball has figured prominently on the show that taught us all about life, love, death and counting. Above, there's Sixers-era Dr. J teaching a kid that it takes two, albeit to pull off a move that Erving in his prime would've scoffed at. After the jump, there's Vince Carter (not dunking) with Grover, and and the obligatory Globetrotters appearance.
