Yeah, they're very good friends (and they're both Celtics fans).

I'm the prologue and two chapters into Simmon's book. It's been good so far, although I doubt I can endure Simmons' style - that I thoroughly appreciate in single page articles - for 700 pages or so. They should have embedded the footnotes in the main text, it's boring to have to search for them every time (they're very worth the reading).
