First time is local (to the home city), second is Eastern.

Oh, I see that the precious Miami Heat get the prefered afternoon game...big surprise.

I pray that Lebron does not get in playoffs....the Shaq-James games would be all the world talked about and I would have to throwup.

They're not. SA/DEN play at 7pm and PHX/MEM play at 9:30 CST time....the first time is the home team local time.
