To be fair, they did go 4-1 on their eastern road trip which is commendable. And Boston isn't exactly a pushover.

My point is that the only quality wins I see on your schedule are against Boston and Miami. In fact, let's look at the records today of the teams you've beat outside of them:

Los Angeles Clippers -- 3-7
Golden State Warriors -- 3-5
Minnesota Timberwolves -- 1-9
Washington Wizards -- 2-6
Philadelphia 76ers -- 4-5
New Orleans Hornets -- 3-7

In those six wins, the opposing them today is a combined total of 16-39 (.290). That's a pace for 24 wins through an 82-game season. The margin of victory in all the wins (including Boston and Miami) is +10.4. That's okay considering the quality of competition, but...

Let's look at the records of the teams you've lost to:

Los Angeles Lakers -- 7-2
Orlando Magic -- 7-3

That's 14-5 (.736). The margin of victory in the losses is -21.

Boston is the only game on the schedule that indicates they are a top-level team. So enjoy it while it lasts. By January, if they are lucky, they will be middle-of-the-pack.

What exactly is your point, man? I never said the Suns are as good as the Celtics, Lakers, or Magic. They've had 4 quality opponents thus far this season and have gone 2-2 against said opponents, which is pretty decent. They've also taken care of every sub-.500 team they've faced thus far, which is a sign of a good team. They aren't playing down to the competition.

But if you want to play this game, consider this:

-No team has played more games than the Suns.
-No team has played more road games or less games at home than the Suns.
-No team has played more back to backs.
-The Suns just played 7 games in 10 days, in 7 different cities, going 5-2 in that stretch.

The Suns' only two losses have come against the defending champs and their opponent in last year's finals. I'm okay with this. :lol

They got beat and beat good. Nuggets were the better team. You dont see Kobe making excuses either. He gives the Nugs a nod and moves on. As do the real fans.

The majority of your fanbase the night before complains about the schedule, the refs, the back to back and god knows what else. Maybe when the players, organization, and fanbase man up and stop looking for the excuses, you can take the next step. Until then, you will always be whining bitches and 0 for life. :lol

One, don't EVER use that word to address me again! :pimpslap

Secondly, the Phoenix Suns have done jack and have been on television and talked as if they are an elite NBA franchise. They have been called the "most-fun" basketball you'll ever watch. Mike D'Antoni and Bryan Colangelo were talked about as the best in the business while teams that actually win the title are doing just that. They've been crammed down my throat and I don't have to like it.

Meanwhile, they've won every single postseason award (except Defensive Player of the Year and Finals MVP).

Most Improved: Boris Diaw
Coach of the Year: Mike D'Antoni
Rookie of the Year: Amare Stoudemire

And the mother-load: 2-time MVP Steve Nash.

2005-06 Statistics:

--Kobe Bryant: 35.4 ppg (career-high), 5.3 rpg, 4.5 apg, and 1.8 spg for the 45-37 Los Angeles Lakers. The team was +11 in the win column.

--Dirk Nowitzki: 26.6 ppg (career-high), 9.0 rpg, 2.8 apg, 1.0 bpg for the 60-22 (tied franchise-high) Dallas Mavericks. The team was +2 in the win column.

--Chauncey Billups: 18.5 ppg (career-high), 8.6 apg (career-high), 3.1 rpg, and .9 spg for the 64-18 (franchise-record) Detroit Pistons. +10 in the win column.

Notable Point Guards Never to win MVP:

--Jason Kidd (2001-02): 14.7 ppg, 9.9 apg, and 2.1 spg for the 52-30 New Jersey Nets, a 26-game improvement over the previous season. Kidd has led the Nets to two NBA Finals.

--Isiah Thomas (1984-85): 21.2 ppg, 13.9 apg, and 2.3 spg for the 46-36 Detroit Pistons. The 13.9 apg was the highes in NBA history at that point. Isiah Thomas is a Hall-of-Famer who won 2 NBA titles in 3 trips to the NBA Finals.

--John Stockton (1989-90): 17.2 ppg, 14.5 apg, and 2.7 spg for the 55-27 Utah Jazz. The 14.5 apg was the highest in NBA history. Stockton is a Hall-of-Famer who played in two NBA Finals.

Multiple Winners of the MVP:
Kareem Abdul-Jabbar--6 NBA Championships
Michael Jordan -- 5 NBA Championships
Bill Russell -- 11 NBA Championships

Larry Bird -- 3 NBA Championships
Magic Johnson -- 5 NBA Championships

1. and 2. -- That is true.

3 -- The Pistons have made the Conference Finals 3 times to the Phoenix Suns 2, and the Finals once to Phoenix's 0. I think they should get more praise because of the balance of their attack and their consistency.

BUT THEY ARE NOT THE TEAM THAT'S BEEN CHEATED...

The credit goes to the Dallas Mavericks, who have remained consistent, made the playoffs, beat the Suns in the postseason, AND HAVE GONE TO THE NBA FINALS!!!

The credit goes to the San Antonio Spurs, who have won in the regular season, been explosive offensively in comparison to the 1999 and 2003 titles, beat the Suns in the postseason, and won 2 NBA Titles.

The credit goes to the Los Angeles Lakers, who have won in the regular season, boast the best player in the league, and have been to the Finals twice with one NBA Championship.

Why would I think the Pistons needed all the credit? They don't play in the West and the Suns have yet to hit the NBA Finals.
