I remember seeing this and wondering, "What the fuck is that faggot doing?" I then watched him get his ass kicked. I was refreshing.

Anyhow, back on topic, I can't believe anyone is betting on Aldo. He's great and is exciting, but Mike Brown... he's just... Damn. Remember that hack Faber? The guy that NOBODY could even come close to beating? Brown made him his bitch, twice. I don't think Aldo would stand a chance against Faber, and I think Brown is going to mash him.

If I didn't already owe Leonard 25 bucks from the Lesner / Mir fight, I'd put money on Brown.

Everyone from the Greg Jackson camp does the nipple tweak. At one point it was 5-0. Im not sure what its' record is now. It started with GSP then Rashad Evans, Keith Jardine, Leonard Garcia..

GSP ran through Fitch with it and it gave Rashad the ability to knock out Liddell. And Garcia KO'd Jens Pulver with it. Do not mock the nipple tweak.

This is true, it's a Greg Jackson thing. Anyways, I'm not a huge WEC person, I'll probably watch some of it though, but the only people on the card I'm familiar with are Ricardo Lamas, Cub Swanson, LC Davis, Rob McCullough and then everybody in the two main events of course. I don't know what makes Zuffa think the WEC would ever sell PPVs when they put on a card with Manny Gamburyan's in the co main event. Especially considering he's only had one fight in the WEC and it was his first win after two losses in the UFC.

Aldo again proves he is a beast. He would tear through Faber. Kid needs to come to the WEC and make this matchup happen!

Newly minted WEC featherweight champion Jose Aldo netted $36,000 for his second-round dismantling of Mike Thomas Brown at WEC 44 “Brown vs. Aldo” last Wednesday at the Palms Casino Resort in Las Vegas.

The 23-year-old Aldo chiseled away at Brown with fast and efficient strikes until he found his opening off a second-round takedown and took the former champion’s back. The Brazilian’s bounty also included a $10,000 “Knockout of the Night” bonus doled out by the promotion. Brown earned $15,000 in defeat.

Manny Gamburyan also banked $36,000 for his victory over Greg Jackson-trained striker Leonard Garcia, who took home $36,000.

Shane Roller scored his second straight come-from-behind victory in the WEC cage when he submitted Danny Castillo in the third round following a back-and-forth affair. Roller earned $34,000, including the night’s $10,000 submission bonus. Castillo netted $9,500.
