KG just became the 1st player since Rodman to grab over 1100 rebounds for 3 consecutive years. :wow

Congrats to KG for this wonderful achievement.

Say what you will, but it is not his fault that his team is out of playoffs. He comes to play every night, his selfish teammates cost him the playoffs.

I say it is his fault, at least in part. Rarely has a star and team leader done less to promote good chemistry, or at least that's what it looks like from the outside. He bitches at some teammates, punches other teammates, and doesn't seem to be able to step up and lead when he's most needed.

It's quite an achievement, but don't pretend that the Wolves' demise has nothing to do with him.

I heard a player drop an n-bomb tonight. Was that KG? Class act.

Put him on SA and we win it all, no doubt about it.

KG has missed 4 games in his last 492 games.....he plays every freaking night....wish we had a star that could do that.

And that's got him where? Never has a superstar had his talent and been so good at taking his team nowhere year after year. The proof is in the pudding.

KG is always saying something stupid. He's a great player but he acts tough but his game isn't. He doesn't like to mix it up down low.

He's 7'1 perimeter big man with a big mouth.

No, its not KG's fault. The team had a horrible attitue (Cassell and Latreen). You cant blame KG for the horrible team they put around him.

KG's the leader of the team, so he gets a share of the blame. Sorry, the big ticket has become the big lotto ticket.

Couldn't happen to a nicer guy.

TD is meat and potatoes as Greg Papa used to say. KG is like a salmon fillet with capers.

Well, leader or not, every other team would love to have him. I dont like the guy, but he is an awesome player.

275 straight starts for KG(longest streak in NBA), leads the league in double doubles and rebounds for 2nd straight year.

McHale cost him the playoffs, had nothing to do with KG.

They were talking about this on the radio today.

No matter how great of a year Wally has, your team is going nowhere if he's your second best player. And when you look at it like that, its true. Remember, he had his MVP year when he had help, and when you have guys playing great alongside you, everything is easier. Rebounds and PPG may be one thing easier to achieve with poor team play but his FG% don't lie.

There has been so much talk about KG being the rare superstar who can't lead his team anywhere, but I beg to differ. Barkley, Elvin Hayes, or even the beloved George Gervin! Even a duo as great as Stockton and Malone has never won a ring. Before 1999, remember all that talk about David Robinson? It was definitely none of his fault, but he gets the blame.
