You don't have to tell me how early it is, but if the Spurs finish in the middle of the pack and their first round draft pick is in the teens, what prospect would you pick?

I'll start off by going with 7-1 Solomon Alabi (in case Splitter stays in Europe).

Reading some of the posts here, Tony Parker's "the problem". I'd say trade Tony to the Lakers.

After that, I'd take John Wall in the draft. :lol

Tanking should coincide with trading all available assets not named Tim Duncan.

Then you get John Wall in 2010, and after another really bad season, get Harrison Barnes in 2011.

Those two will make the Spurs contenders sometime around the middle of the next decade.

Its silly, but fun to prognosticate.

I see you guys are now known as tankers. For Pete's sake, it's only our seventh loss. There will be at least two times that many more to come.

We will be okay. We can play with any team. The Lakers have been embarrassed even worse than us.

People talking about tanking the season just make me shake my head in disgust.

Are there any legitimate threads left on this board? Some are jokes, some are just stupid, but they all get mixed together.
