Straight up?

Amaretto.

Otherwise, not quite straight up, not quite mixed -

Mount Gay Eclipse Rum with a splash of Coke. How I miss thee.

Mixed -

Coke and Stoli's vanilla vodka or white russians.

I used to get Tito's all the time before the price went up. Not that it's too expensive now but it used to be cheap as hell for the same quality.

+ fucking 1

I'm not a huge drinker anymore, but Jameson is a really good scotch. I'll drink Dewar's on the rocks as well.

I like American whiskeys too. Jack is pretty standard for me when it comes to whiskeys. I do like the taste of jagger also. I know plenty of people that don't. Tequila will get me good so I'm pretty wary about doing shots of it, but when I discovered Cuervo 1800 several years back, I was drinking it like water. The Silver 1800 is nice also. Ever do a shot of Everclear? Put it in a shot glass, light it, wait a couple seconds, then blow it out and down it. Pretty crazy.

Pretty much went through a bunch of different phases when I was younger and drink every weekend. Now, I'm pretty boring, and don't drink all that often, and when I do, it's usually just beer.

Jameson is Irish Whiskey. Not a huge difference, except for the peat smoked malt. And the upset Irish and/or Scots if you confuse the two. Or if you try to serve Bushmills to an Irish Catholic.

Just know that every time you pay $26 for a bottle of this, you're buying a story and an image from this man:

http://images.nymag.com/nymetro/news/bizfinance/biz/features/cocktail050103_1_175.jpg

All this guy did was buy a French vodka, slap a good story on, sell it in an awesome bottle, and charge way more than everyone else. Grey Goose is just an example of brilliant marketing. See the article I posted in another thread:
