sons I have a serious question that needs serious answers .... why does everyone in Los Angeles hug trees and march in stupid, gay ass parades every time their feelings get hurt?

Lakers generally have trouble with quick PG's like Devin Harris - if he's healthy he might be able to do some damage, and keep it under 50.

I suspect the Lakers beat them down by 40.

Lakers no longer have a problem with young athletic teams it seems (unlike last year).

Nets are on the Lions level now. 0-16

It wouldn't be the most shocking thing if the Nets win that game. Going all the way back to the Shaq and Kobe 3 peat days they tend to drop a few games to far inferior teams. Even though they won 65 last year and mostly dominated the NBA's top teams(other then Orlando). Most of their losses where to inferior teams like 2 to the bobcats, Kings, Phoenix without Nash, Pacers, Detroit @ LA.

That would be a pretty horrible loss though since the Nets look really terrible right now and its @ LA.

Doesn't really matter if they lose to the nets, the Lakers will just shit on the nuggets for the third time in a row this year in the playoffs.

Having said that, the lakers will win by 15+

I am a Nets fan as you all know and I have to say I hope the Nets lose to Lakers, of course I don't hope they get blown out and lose by like 6 points or so, but I'd love for the first win to come at home, and I have a feeling that will happen vs Dallas because Nets won't want to go 0-18 vs Kidd, so what a better way to thank Kidd for his years as a Net, by winning the first game vs Kidd

Too much talent, the coach better be working on his resume.

Who Frank better be working on his resume? I really don't know why Nets would fire him if that is who you are talking about, they don't want to spend money, so they would get someone already working with the nets to coach, and they prob still wouldn't do well. I'm all for nets firing Frank at the end of the season, but I think they should stick with him till then because there isn't a better coach that could get them to win right now if they aren't going to spend on one outside the Nets

It'd be a meaningless loss, like the Mavs losing to the Warriors. These low life teams getting their jollies at the expense of top tier teams is pure, unadulterated horseshit.

F'k them.

I'm rooting for the Lakers. I'm all for horrible streaks. I wanted the Lions to go 0-16 last year, and I'm all for the 2009-10 Nets going winless into December. I love streaks like this. So I will be cheering hard for the Lakers.

If you think LA is like that, you should visit the Bay area. Your head would explode. LA has more pompus assholes who think they are big time than they do tree huggers, the hippies live in Northern California. A true tree hugger preaches limited consumption and mass consumption is the lifestyle in LA

This is the NBA, Nets won't go winless in December trust me, maybe they won't win a lot, but the players are starting to come back, so I'm telling you they will win, first game starting with the Mavs:toast

agreed, and I'm not one of the bandwagoners. Nets will lose too the Lakers, go home and beat those Mavs, and Kidd will get hurt in that game, gut feeling I got when I think about that game and also when I think of that game I want to listen to I Gotta Feeling and last time that happen Yankees won the WS

Please, don't be "that team" that lost to that 0-16 team that just fired their coach in the morning.

This game will be over by half-time.

You're probably right. I actually think it will be done by 1st quarter.

But could you imagine the anarchy if the Lakers lose to the Nets? :lol

Don't worry, Lakers won't Mavs are going to be the first one to lose to the nets, you can just tell, although Lakers losing would be a good story line as well

Come on nets! There have been suckier teams in the past. And LA needs a loss since all their trolls are spawning like agent smith in the second Matrix.

After Minnesota somehow managed a win against Denver tonight, the Wolves and the Nets are for all extensive purposes now 2-32. Talk about padding the W column for other teams.

God I hate LA. Can we move a couple eastern conference teams over here to give them some competition?

Too funny bacause:
a.) the suns have been smoking the East ...(and the nest are from the east)
b.) Suns have best record that should be planty of competition ...

ANd God I hate the Suns they get you all worked up like a stripper in the regular season BUT when it's time to drop draws and get busy (playoffs)you find out she was just a tease ...
