Is anybody donating? I'd like to, can we do it through ST or should I just call the number? I heard last year, ST had some type of fundraising going on as evidenced by the Carver Academy emblem under people's avatars.

It was SpursTalk's Holiday Fundraiser last year. I assume we'll know fairly soon if Kori is able to co-ordinate it again this year.

We pick the poster with the most stupidest and annoying post and pay for them to go even if they are out of the age range.

Think, Billy Madison movie. :lol

Yes I think that's the cost. I believe 95% of all the kids are on scholarship.

You can donate on the school's website @ http://www.thecarveracademy.org/

I'm proud to be able to send a donation to such a worthy institution and one founded by a true Spurs legend. It's not only a way of helping to further the success of both the students and the academy, but it's also my personal way of saying "thanks to Big Dave" for all he's done for the community and for the Spurs fans worldwide.

For me, it was a no-brainer. Big Dave is my guy!

I see theres a Financial Information Form, do they only take children from low income families?

I believe the only kids going there at one point that weren't low income were David's own.
