NFL last game of season QB question

The last game of the season, especially for teams that are out of the playoffs.
Assuming their season long starting QB is not close to some substancial goal, historically how often does the 2nd string QB get the start in the season finale?

When teams have no shot at the playoffs or teams already have the best possible playoff spot they can acheive, teams tend to start the 1st string then they put their
2nd stringers in so's to save their 1st stringer unless: they are retiring or this is there last shot to prove themselves

Jamarcuss Russell(I know) started the final two games of the regular season in 2007, even though he was nowhere near prepared enough.

More and more, though, the young guys are getting the starts before that. Lainart started over half the season, Cutler got about a third of the season, Vince Young started over half the season, and we all know about Sanchez, Ryan, Flacco and Stafford.
