Does anyone do it? I'm in the northwest of town.

The House of Pizza and Chinese Cuisine....their Chinese is not too bad--actually it's hit or miss. www.fourcuisines.com

Wok on Wheels on Grissom--I got sick last time I ate from there, but everyone else was cool with it. http://www.wokonwheels.biz/locations.htm

I called them once to order and they said they wouldn't deliver to me because "your neighborhood is too far" (I live near Ingram Park Mall). So I asked them what they were doing all the way over in my part of town putting their flyers in our doors, since we're so flippin' far away. They couldn't come up with any kind of good answer :rolleyes

:( I adore Wok On Wheels. But, I've also only done the De Zavala location.

I was so sick I had bedspins till 9 the next morning. (no alcohol involved at all) I was the only one who had a chicken dish--everyone else ate beef and they were fine. I've had it before and it was delish but I'm a-skeered now.

The House of Pizza does annoy with the door flyers for sure. We hardly ever order delivery from them but every once in a while we'll stop in to eat there. Some nights the food is really good, other nights not so good. One nice thing is their menu variety--if you can't find something on their menu to eat then you just aren't hungry.

@desflood--the flyer delivery people may have just been checking doors to see if they're unlocked. I swear they do that in my neighborhood, too.

Who's dumb enough to leave their door unlocked anymore?

It's weird how few places here deliver Chinese food. Every other large city that I have lived in had tons of restaurants that delivered. Hell, the city I lived in with only 100K residents had more than here.

Are they willing to deliver to your side of the street?

I don't know exactly what NW of town means, but this place delivers.

You have to have a strong stomach for most of the food of Chinese restaurants. Do you know how their kitchens look like? It's awful :lol

They dont take the HACCP rules too serious.
