If that doesnt work... than a peer to peer meeting with all the players can only help or solve a situation why players are not gelling together.

You could have replaced Manu/TP and won titles with Tim a lot easier than you could have replaced Tim and won titles with Manu/TP. That is in no way a knock on Manu/TP, but that is the truth.
