I love Chauncey, he's still my favorite player in the league, but this is a common trait that the Pistons had when he was their general. His cool and calm demeanor that makes him so good in pressure situations, is problematic at times too. He becomes too nonchalant and the others feed off of that. He relies on knowing that the teams talent can 'flip the switch' when they need to.
