Switching back and forth between this game and the Lakers.

Suns stomped Denver early, Denver took back the lead, Suns stomping again...and it's not even half time.

Wild swings in this game.

Couldn't have asked for a better half. I hope fatigue doesn't play a major role in the last 24 minutes...

Jeremy

Like you said, the Suns are going to give up this lead, especially with the fatigue circumstances.

Suns got screwed....Nash got fouled

Goran Dragic
12-12-2009, 11:41 PM
That ejection was cute and all but it effectively killed any chance Phoenix had at coming back. Nash got fouled, but there was no reason to throw the game away.

Goran Dragic

Gentry waits till the game is over to yell at the officials, Melo maybe feels more pressure and misses a free throw, followed by a 3 to send it to OT. Unlikely? Hell yes, but no reason to not give it a chance at happening.

Nene fouled Nash.

Jared Dudley was the one that screwed up in the 2nd to last Suns possession. He had a streaking Amare Stoudemire in the paint being guarded by Billups in transition. Instead of passing to Amare for a dunk, he pulled it out to play the clock.

Amare could have tied or taken the lead with an And 1 on Billups.

that was a clear foul on Nash though

Yes, Nene fouled Nash, no one is arguing that. It's the coach's job to keep his emotions in check, not let his emotions lose the game.

Jeremy
12-12-2009, 11:48 PM
It was obvious that the game was fixed, though.

Goran Dragic
12-12-2009, 11:49 PM
It's not really a good sign when you can shoot 54.5% while the other team shoots 41% and still find a way to lose.

I'm not arguing with you Dragic, btw. I'm adding to the horror.

Gentry f*ked up big time...that technical was stupid beyond belief. The Suns still had a chance.

The refs didn't turn the ball over 20 times or give up 15 offensive rebounds.

:wow

The Suns have been doing it for years so it's not a suprise, it's just bad when you have to shoot so much better than the other team in order to win. The teams that have playoff success are the ones who have the advantage in turnovers and offensive rebounds so they actually can win on off shooting nights.

I have no idea how Nash didn't get that call..Nene was riding him to the basket, his hand was all over him on the drive the entire time..

Maybe it was his Karma circling the block and smighting him for sicking his dogma on Porter like he did.

nice win Nuggets. Made up for the last 2 crappy games

Nuggets show once again that they can outplay any team in the West, yet they just play like a high school team vs the crappy teams.

If the Nuggets only played vs top 8 in the West, then they would go undefeated :lmao

Nice win? The Nuggets barely beat a tired Suns team that has played 16 of their first 24 on the road. Sorry, but they aren't beating the Lakers in the playoffs.

Anyone who follows the Suns will tell you that Nash gets the fewest calls of any star player in the NBA.

The Lakers ? See what happened when they finally left the Staples Center? They suck this season, nothing but a home heavy schedule has helped them.

Even the Suns could beat the Lakers in the playoffs this season :toast

oh, and :lmao @ suns crying about that nash miss. He screwed up by picking the ball up too far from the basket, he tried to act his way to a foul as usual but didn't get bailed out

Suns played tough and are a great team but Nash and Amare act as much as anyone in the league.

I do love how close the nuggs and suns always seem play. They always make for a great game

Billups is a streaky chucker when it comes to his own offense. You don't want him flaming until the game is on the line.
