Definately a Belair but that bumper has me questioning it being a 51. It certainly has the side mirrors in the right spot as a 51 but front end looks like its from a 53. Maybe thats why the hood doesnt quite line up.

Bingo. Just look at the hood ornament. Probably a 49 to 51 year model. Hard to tell without seeing more than just the front.
It looks like it's actually a 54 BelAir with a Packard hood ornament. You can tell its not an actual Packard by the grill and side mirrors. And you can also see the holes where the BelAir emblem was removed. But that's definitely a Packard hood ornament.
Hottamn, it's one of a kind!

Yeah, after closer inspection, it's a 53/54 Chevy. IIRC the only difference was in the taillights. One had two bullet type taillights and the other was a solid taillight. Probably left over when Batista got kicked out and Fidel took over in Cuba. Probably could be had for a few pesos or whatever currency they are using down there these days.

Not so sure. The Packard bird hood ornaments had a long crane neck that looked down. This ornament does not.

The hood ornament is an aftermarket piece made by GEM.
Looks like it's been welded (glued?) on top of a Bel-Aire hood.

It's not a Bel-Air.
It's a 1954 Chevrolet Two Ten 4-door.

I miss my Bel-Air. I still have it but it is inoperable at the moment.
