Does anyone remember all the talk about Parker being as good as Paul and Williams last year?

Whatever happened there?

Rondo. I know not of his pedigree, but, his nurturing at the hands of that organization is money.

deron williams....

I voted other, not because I necessarily believe he is the best, but it's crazy not to mention Billups' name.

The Lakers ended Billups in the WCFs.

Nah Billups isn't doing too well this season. He is taking too many shots whilst shooting under 40% from the field.

He needs to step it up for the Nuggets to have any chance going deep in the playoffs again

Paul hands down as usual.

Paul vs Anthony Carter tomorrow night, that will answer this question once and for all! :lmao

So far it's been Nash this year, no doubt.

Rondo

I remember when Spurs fans laughed at the people (myself included) that were for a Perkins+Rondo for Parker+Mahinmi trade idea over the summer.

Paul, with Deron Williams a close second and Nash a close third.

Paul and DWill are still a good step ahead of Nash for 3rd..

1. Paul
2. Williams
3. Nash
4. Rondo

Once Parker gets back to form he will go back to #3. He's going through something similar to what Nash went through with Shaq the last two seasons, the ball is out of his hands a bit more than he's use to, and his minutes are down to 30, so naturally his numbers dont look as sexy.

The little shit trashed his ankle playing for France this summer, and has been a shell of his former self all season because of it. His play, not Jefferson's disappointing year so far, is the reason the Spurs are sucking.

Paul
Deron
Tyreke
Nash
Rondo

I dont want to be TOO much of a homer, but Nash is statistically better in almost every category except points and he shoots a much better percentage.

On top of that, the Suns have over-achieved with a BRUTAL schedule to start the season while the Jazz have been ho-hum to start the season.

I doubt any team would really rather have Williams over Nash for this season (Im not talking long term).

No doubt Paul is still number one, though.

Yeah, da, but, Nash quit on the team & Porter. That was a despicable act.

How has the Suns' schedule been brutal? Road games against bad teams isn't a brutal schedule.

I think I quit on Porter the second game of the season.

Yeah...second game i started a thread at phxsuns.net asking what everyone thought of him. Most chose the "wait and see" option. I was the only one who said "GIVE HIM THE AXE!"

why is rondo even in here? right now the top three is CP3, D-Will, and Nash. the next tier is Parker, Billups, and maybe Rondo.

nash is fucking sick as hell. the only piece that pretty much remains from the old 7 seconds or less teams, is Amare, and Nash right now is having the best season of his career. while Nash was able to showcase his abilities more with the different systems in phoenix, its clear that Nash is the one who makes them work, and there might not have ever been a PG that could work these systems to perfection the way Nash does. he is without question, the best pick-and-roll player in NBA history.

I don't remember seeing Nuggets up there the first time, whatever, still, EVERY team has had a brutal schedule by using your method of taking the toughest games they've played so far and evaluating it off that. It's obvious your argument sucks when you're busy trying to change the subject accusing me of miscounting. Your schedule evaluating skills are about as bad Kyle Williams' punt fielding skills.

Goran Dragic
12-17-2009, 10:27 PM
I take it the "brutal schedule" is why they lost to the Knicks and the Hornets w/o Paul?

Haha. Magic, Isiah and Stockton. Would all make Phoenix a much better team and Magic would have won at least 2 titles with the 7 seconds or less team. Best pick and roll player ever? Bitch please.

Second is Deron. He is the sole reason why I still keep watching Jazz games.

Rondo

Paul

Agree completely.

Nah, Magic can't play defense and rebound for 4 other guys for an entire playoff series.
