I asked for the team! But yes, it was a Dallas-NJ game in the mid 90s. Dallas shot 49 threes. I remember that Kidd had 8 threes or something in that game (which was unusual for the young Kidd). The player who broke the individual record for 3pta was McCloud. The Nets had Bradley, Gilliam and PJ Brown inside, so shooting 3s was a popular tactic against them.
