Bogans is becoming one of my favorite players: he knows who he is, he's comfortable in who he is, he plays with purpose, and he's an absolute bulldog on the perimeter; I'm not sure people understand just how good he's been playing defense. I had my doubts about his quickness coming in, and shame on me. Bogans is a 'Spur'; the Spurs have found the player they hoped Udoka would be, and I expect him to be around for a while.

Ratliff's physicality, his athleticism and reaction-time, has been amazing when given the time. Of course, it has a lot to do with the limited minutes and the freshness of his body, but I'm not sure I've seen another big at this late stage who's been lighter and quicker on their feet; it's one thing if an older player's still got some explosiveness when they're able to get their feet under them and collect themselves, but Theo's getting off the ground at a moments notice. It's really quite impressive and it gives you hope that if utilized correctly, as he has been to this point, he could turn out to be quite the factor and contributor come playoff time.

Nice to see the Spurs get some value on the dollar.:tu

If Bogans and Ratliff can produce this on a nightly basis...the Spurs will be just fine. :tu

Nice. But Jefferson was brought in as a 4th option. 14 and 4 and 4 is pretty damn good. Not his fault he has a sick contract.

actually, i don't care how many FGs he makes, 11 points on 7 shots is fine with me.

it's that those points didn't come until mostly garbage time and his inability to fill up the scorebook in other categories that is distressing.

Agreed. RJ needs more shots than he's getting to be a 20+ scorer. But with the talent on this team now, he doesn't need to on most nights. If he stays aggressive and gets to the foul line, I'll be happy. 10-16ppg for RJ is fair I think.
