What I miss is mainly the good times I had with people from the board away from the board. We had some good times watching games, playing basketball, and just doing other things as well.

The club is probably pretty much the same although some of the faces have changed. There are more people here and because of that its probably less intimate. It is what it is and things change.

I think the Spurs forum is watered down now but it is what it is. You can still find good posts amid a lot of the garbage you just need to search more.

I would also say that, for whatever reason -- the people posting, the trendiness of certain phrases/memes, the fact that I've got less time to dedicate to reading long threads here, etc. -- it seems that it has become increasingly difficult to keep a thread interesting for more than a few posts. A conversation will get going, but by the time I get home and have a chance to contribute, there are already five pages of "lol ____" and calling each other gay, so I don't bother.
