Clippa's, West's 14th seed will be the 7th seed in the East.

You need to play 0.600 ball to make the West playoffs, 0.400 for East.

There rarely is any financial difference between the East and west, or even if there is the advantage locates on the east rather than west given that the eastern cities were first colonized and are far better developed than western ones in general.

I have to disagree with you. East is better I think, besides maybe the Lakers. I think East has the better teams. Deff better top teams then the West not including the Lakers
