No (All-Star) love: Roy, along with LeBron James and Dwayne Wade, is one of three players in the NBA averaging at least 22.0 points, 5.0 assists and 4.5 rebounds per game this season. He's scored 23 or more points in 14 consecutive games -- the NBA's longest active streak of 20-plus scoring games -- and he's averaging 27.2 points in December.

The injury-riddled Blazers would probably be nowhere near the top of the Northwest Division standings without him. Even so, the two-time All-Star continues to get snubbed by fans in All-Star voting.

In the most recent All-Star balloting results, Roy ranks ninth in fan voting for guards with 224,350 votes. He trails the likes of Tracy McGrady (649,563), Jason Kidd (405,027) and Aaron Brooks (374,635).

It's alright, he would have been an all-star years ago had Portland not robbed him from us.

All star love is going to the wrong players. AI? T-Mac?
Hopefully people will realise this and correct it.

This is a world where Barrack Obama wins the nobel peace prize. Sometimes "merit" just doesnt apply.

Typical Portland fans.... complaining never gets you anywhere.

Maybe if he would start suckin it up and averaging a trip dub he would get the respect he deserves. Until then, he's just another player in the NBA.

Tmac is clearly the better choice anyway :lol

Guards should be Kobe, Paul, Manu and Roy if Brooks makes it fine with that as well.

Yeah well, he shouldn't have made the team over Deron in 08 and his GM is a sack of shit. Fuck Brandon Roy.

Deron should be over manu.

Roys in a small market. What else does he expect.. he isn't exactly a superstar. He does deserve to be an all star and he will be one again.

The dude that's getting robbed is deron, he deserves to be one also.

The coaches owe him an all-star selection.

Has Manu ever been selected?

Yes

It confuses me why Spur fan would want Manu in the ASG...
