To me, that is the gravity of Donovan's impact... He's the cog that makes his teams go, the glue that binds them together so that they play more cohesively... And don't get me wrong scott, the way the US is playing right now and the way Mexico is playing right now I'm pretty sure both of the USA's B and C squads would obliterate Mexico's best fielded team... Mexico has lost their tactical identity, and have no cohesion whatsoever...

Some of that is due to excessive variance in the make-up of the squads, some of that can also be attributed to Chepo's predictability as a coach, some of that to the experience gap between some of the mainstays (who are now too old to play) and the next generation of players...
