The Blazers are the greatest franchise in the history of pro sports ...I think Jerry buss and Mitch should go to Portland and beg the Blazers front office and learn from the best ...

That's why its called HOME COURT ADVANTAGE dumbass!
the Blazers are to the Lakers what the Mavs are to the Spurs.
no matter how irrelevant they are, they always manage to get pumped enough to beat them.
matters nothing in the long run. they will never win a title. but just to piss them off, they will beat them. no matter how gay. every time.

Best chance without Gasol? Not.
Bring the Blazers on in the the playoffs. The Lakers will wipe the floor with them. :lol

It's safe to say that the Blazers have the Lakers' number in the regular season. I don't think they have what it takes to beat the Lakers in a playoff series though
i meant this particular portland team dumbasses

It's safe to say the Blazers have the Lakers number whenever they play at the Rose Garden.
Unfortunately for the Blazers not only will they likely not make the playoffs, even if they did sneak in they would not have HCA and thus would lose miserably.
I feel for those who don't understand the difference between playoffs and the regular season. Whole different beasts.

They split in the regular season. Going 2-2 is not having someone's number. If the Blazers and Lakers faced off in a seven game series, the same thing would happen to the Blazers that happened to the Jazz and Nuggets.

So check this... 30% of LA's free throws tonight were four-point plays. I guarantee that's the first time that's ever happened in NBA history.

Too bad Portland will never be able to beat LA when it counts.
RY06eaFaplw
How does it feel to know your team will NEVER be relevant? All your young talent hasn't amounted to JACK SHIT. You had the #1 draft pick and you picked Sam Bowie 2.0. Your franchise has absolutely NOTHING to show for itself despite all the massive hype.
Meanwhile the Lakers are defending NBA champs. Keep your regular season wins, I'll take my championships.

portland got crapped on by Houston. no backup center to Yao, no T-Mac, and they crapped on you.
what makes you think that they will magically get the playoff intensity when it counts? a first first-round exit doesn't teach you enough.
Mind you, LA, SA, DAL, UTA, DEN, and even PHO will lay the biggest bricks on your team in the playoffs. Kenny Smith said it best: baptism by fire.

that same rockets team took the champs to 7 games without yao, after beating a blazer team with no playoff experience in 6 with him, everything you posted means jack shit in my books.. the rockets lakers and blazers would of ran threw your team last year and this year also in the playoffs.. dont act like you dont know. didnt you get a sample of us the last time we met in S.A? without half the roster and roy on the sidelines:lmao know your role, let teams who have a chance like DAL, LAL, and DEN talk shit.. get your healthy team and join our injured one in the corner till we get our players back, then close your eyes you dont want the dust from our tires to get in them:hat
