West:

1. Lakers vs. 8. Portland
2. Dallas vs. 7.Thunder
3. Spurs vs. 6. Suns
4. Denver vs. 5.Utah

The West will be sick to watch this year. Outside of the Lakers the next 9-10 teams are within 4-5 games.
