You know, being on ESPN for his 20,000 point in a loss would have pissed me off. They trot out Dickie V and try to capitalized on Tim's historic game, but most of the year, Duncan is underrated and ignored. Screw ESPN and the NBA on this count.
I wish we would have won the game, but if we win against the Rockets and Tim gets his milestone, it will feel better.
BTW, why does our team lose focus and get disturbed by the refs so often on the big televised games? If not for the playoffs, I would say the damn team is camera shy. Tim was certainly off his game tonight and I am sure he was thinking about the damn score, especially after the pre-game interview and all the hype. The rest of the team was also a little off and not focused.
I will bet it all that the Spurs are going to manhandle the Rockets on Friday. I can feel it. There is a lot of frustration on this team and it is going to blow!
