I've got an old Kawasaki 4 wheeler that's a sweet rig except that the carburetor is a piece of shit. It's never really worked right even after rebuilding it multiple times. I started looking around the web this morning to see if anyone else was having the same problem. I actually found a message board dedicated to this particular brand of 4 wheeler and found out that EVERYONE with this brand/model seems to be having the same problem...and it basically wasn't repairable...the carbs were just junk...and one techie out there had found a HONDA carb that is a bolt on replacement that completely FIXES the problem...I just ordered a used Honda carb off EBay. This 4 wheeler has been parked for a couple of years because I was tired of messing with it. I would have NEVER solved this problem on my own...
