IT all started in the preseason for me. Pop set the tone by giving the team a lazy preseason and not playing any of the new guys together to get some chemistry. Pop instilled a lazy attitude in the team this season in numerous way. He quits in games, sits players in back to back situations, fucks with the rotation, doesn't seem to have the team prepared and organized and isn't getting on anyone HARD ENOUGH for mental mistakes.

coaching FAIL. the coaching failed bad this season.

TimVP has said before that Pop is the vocal leader of the team, well if that is true then they are just following the soft ass stance Pop has taken with the team.

Jefferson's a cancer that needs to be removed as soon as possible. The FO deserves this for refusing the more talented players in favor of the "vanilla" personality.
