Hey you all know who you are. Come back. Where are you now??
Don't go away. It seems your smack brought it back on you and your team. Thanks, please keep predicting, expressing, believing the over-hype sometimes even in cognizant sentences.
I appreciate you suddenly showing up here from out of nowhere for this series (off course after your game 1 abberation win) = its almost like LakerGod, Mouse or Pooh had alter egos and did it.
Thank you whoever you are = come back for round 3 and experience Groundhog Day by Sat game! Healthy Spurs are rolling and ain't looking back.
Thanks again!

I wouldn't be talking shit melo. You're team won by 6 when they really shouldn't have, and the Spurs ANNIHILATED then by 28.

Well, I don't consider myself a "troll"... But I'm still here hanging around... You had a great game and we pretty much sucked at every aspect of it... We have to find our groove again... I don't expect game 3 to be easy for any of the teams, I'll give a slight advantage to the Nuggets only because of the thin air... If we run, and EXECUTE we have a shot... If we shoot our way out of the game like today, we'll be dead...

Another Denver fan here. We got killed in game two, but the Nuggets are going to take both of the next two at home. Spurs will come back and win game five at home. The Nuggets will close the series in game six.
The spurs can't play with the Nuggets in Denver. The thin air is too much for them to keep pace with Denver's running game. Bring on Seattle.

You have to get stops to run. If the Nuggets defense isn't better in Game 3 than it was in Game 2, the Spurs won't have to worry to much about a running game.
People keep judging the Spurs on an old paradigm. It's really curious to me.

So according to 2 Nuggets fans in here Denver has to rely on thin air to win the series. I'm sorry but that shit is fucking hilarious...it works as a metaphor and also the fact that you admit that you can't hang on an actual basketball level. Get the fuck outta here....haha

The thin air is like their safety blanket. They can use it as an excuse, but it's only there to reassure them. They're scared, they know it.

I agree that you have to get stops to run. With that said I think that's only part of the issue. The only thing Denver can do to help them run besides stopping the ball is scoring the ball. Granted, the spurs are the best defensive team in the league, but Denver scores in bunches at home.
When Denver scores points they get more fluid and their defense improves. If their not able to stop San Antonio then I belive they can and will outscore them.
People keep knocking the thin air advantage, but you have to have been in the altitude to truly understand the effect it can have. In the first quarter of game three Denver will probably run up a big lead. The spurs will get back into the game when they get their second wind.
I don't honestly believe the spurs will be a pushover. I just think Denver stands a very good chance of winning all three of their home games. Any way you look at it the remainder of the series will be physical and extremely competitive. I'm looking foward to it.

As Kobe Bryant showed us the other side of that thin Colorado air is that it makes NBA players from out of town more prone to ass raping. BEND OVER NUGGETS!

You guys make it seem as if the Nuggets have NEVER LOST AT HOME.
Before Karl got there, they were getting their asses kicked regularly. Karl gave them an attitude adjustment. Great. They're hot but they're ultimately beatable. Just for the record.
The Spurs have beaten Denver in the Pepsi Center every year the last 5 seasons. That will happen again this playoff series. Spurs only need 1 to get HCA back and they ain't giving that away again.

Exactly. The thin air excuse is more a mental thing than an actual physical thing. Do out-of-shape, overweight couch potatoes have trouble moving to the higher altitude? Yes. Do world-class athletes? Doubtful. As some have said, the altitude advantage didn't stop Denver from losing games prior to this year. It also hasn't helped them win a championship.

Pop in my opinion has also overly sucked up to the Denver team calling them scariest first round opponent ever.
To me when they win a game due to their talent and Charmin Melo or Me dunk only Martin ever does something in a playoff game I will be impressed.
Spurs will IMO go into Denver and get both, one easily, one a little closer but no worries unless this Denver team has more than Camby and Boykin showing up each game.
