It's really hard to tell because you dont know which Spurs team you're getting night in and night out. At this point if a team brings their A game, they will beat the Spurs.

this is what, you're 12th thread in the span of an hour?

I really do think a major trade will happen, and after these last ten games or so we'll see what direction the Spurs are going.

Hell a trade for LeBron and a high paying assisant GM job for Danny Ferry would be nice right now. Make a team similar to the West/Baylor/Chamberlain teams.

i hope you're right but i was hoping they would do it last season. but they didnt and instead signed Drew Gooden. I think teams would only take Hill, Mason, and Blair and I want all 3 to stay.

With that tough of a schedule, 46 wins would be very respectable.

I can't recall a tougher closing schedule than that.

I see 18 losses also but necessarily the same ones that you have...That will come with the 7-8th seed.

I can see the spurs easily losing some of those games you targeted as wins.

I sincerely hope not...no improvement will come out of a first round sweep...

No point in trying to predict our record or whether or not we make it to the playoffs. Everyone on the spurs and all of us fans realize we wont go anywhere in the playoffs playing like we are.

So either we

A. get things together, go on a run to end the season and show some passion/effort/balls.

or

B. we continue playing like this, get into the playoffs(or not) and go out in the first round again.

Hopefully A, maybe B, we will just have to wait and see.

Highlighted the eight B2B's and there are two 4 games in 5 nights (or 5 games in 7 days however you look at it).

That Spurfan really thinks they're winning at Portland on the second of a b2b? Even if Roy is still out, they're not winning that game.

Even though I don't think it's going to happen, they could go 0-8 in that rodeo road trip. And I don't see them going on a 7 game winning streak either.

I'd rather see this team miss the playoffs so they can start rebuilding. I finally realize that this team is right in the middle of rebuilding and trying to win. In this league, it's either you pick what you want to do and run away with it. The Spurs should have started tinkering with the lineup right after the 08 ouster. It's time to move on and figure out the direction that this team needs to go.

I fear that the Spurs will miss the playoff.
