The top 10 in this year's "America's Favorite Movie Star" Harris Poll (with last year's rank in parenthesis) is as follows:

1. Clint Eastwood (2)
2. Johnny Depp (8)
3. Denzel Washington (1)
4. Sandra Bullock (not ranked)
5. Tom Hanks (7)
6. George Clooney (not ranked)
7. John Wayne (3)
8. Meryl Streep (not ranked)
9. Morgan Freeman (9)
10. Julia Roberts (6)

I'm waiting for some chest-beater to come out and say, "Real Men aren't actors." :lol

Blondie is still roaming the west to this day. I would have liked to see Sean Connery as well. Talk about a victory for men, Sean Connery's 007 was the coolest, greatest character of all time.

Just seeing Johnny Depp in there makes me sick, that kind of cancels out Clint in the top spot

Eastwood's the motherfucking man. The only bad thing I have ever seen with him in it was Million Dollar Baby. The Good, the Bad, and the Ugly, Unforgiven, Dirty Harry, etc. more than make up for that one though.

It's sickening that DeNiro isn't in there. He's the only other actor who deserves to be mentioned with Eastwood.

I thought he did one hell of a job, one hell of a job in Million Dollar Baby. Bridges of Madison County is also one of his best. But yeah, Clint is THE man.

How is this a victory for real men everywhere? Clint Eastwood is an actor. Plus this doesn't say who the best actor is...just who their favorite actor is.

The only one I dislike on that list is probably John Wayne because I simply don't like any movie he's ever made.

Everyone else on the list is a fabulous actor.
