Is he right or wrong?

Gregory Moore (http://www.facebook.com/NBASCRIBE?ref=mf) Ummmm you guys are misquoting yourselves. The Rodeo road trip has happened as long as Pop has been coaching. Whether it was when the team was playing at the Alamodome or at the AT&T Center. The only time that there was not a 'rodeo road trip' was in 1999, when the team went 37-13 and they won their first title.

Who is Gregory Moore, other than some guy who is wrong.

I distinctly remember the inaugural road trip (2003) it was the year that we moved into the SBC center, every Spurs fan was more than a little freaked out by the prospect of a 9 game road trip. We started that trip something crazy like 8 games out of first, and proceeded to go 8-1. Seems so long ago, I was still a contributing member at spursreport. :lol

Hilarious that a guy who claims to be a journalist could be so wrong about something so easy to check.

the only thing more surprising than him getting it wrong is another member of the san antonio media scene getting it right.

He is a personal friend of Kori Ellis,a reporter for the San Antonio Informant

http://www.sainformer.net/

He is an after game reporter for the Spurs and coach pop show,A radio host for FOX spots, and has a NBA Spurs Championship ring. He is the to go to guy when Spurs have breaking news. For him to make this quote is worthy to talk about.

Since 1997-98, here are the Spurs' home-road splits in February with the longest trip in each month in parentheses (above the line are Alamodome seasons; below it are AT&T Center seasons):

1997-98: 7 home, 4 road (3 games)
1998-99: NONE
1999-00: 6 home, 7 road (3 games)
2000-01: 7 home, 6 road (3 games)
2001-02: 5 home, 8 road (4 games)
2002-03: 3 home, 7 road (6 games; was actually a 9 game trip starting 1/27)
2003-04: 2 home, 8 road (7 games)
2004-05: 2 home, 7 road (7 games)
2005-06: 3 home, 8 road (8 game trip from 1/30-2/15)
2006-07: 3 home, 7 road (8 game trip from 1/28-2/14)
2007-08: 4 home, 7 road (9 game trip from 1/28-2/14)

This shit is all over face book, I hope Kori doesn't defend Greg after what he said about coach Pop!

Nothing wrong with that quote. It's exactly like everything else he says: Ignorant, misinformed, and pontificated.
