Today, during an appearance on Houston's SportsRadio610, Andre Johnson responded to Hall's comments. If you don't want to listen to the entire podcast, here's what Johnson had to say:
"I mean, those are (Hall's) thoughts," said Johnson. "The scheme that they ran, if he wanted to play me man-to-man, he should have told his coaches before the game. That's not my problem. For them to be running zone coverages like that with the safety over the top, and for me to still have 12 catches for 158 yards, somebody wasn't doing their job."
Hey, if you get burned, man up and admit it. Johnson is the best in the league and proved it again last sunday. :tu

Irvin didn't cheat to improve performance, he just got loaded between games. :) Besides, he was a pillar of the community...he helped self-employed models find work. :lol
That being said, if Johnson is on something (which I doubt)...he has yet to be found guilty so until he does, he is clean.

Dre is a freak as an athlete, you can't automatically assume just because he is that good, that it's not due to natural talent and work ethic. I used Irvin as an example because I don't have to assume that he was/is a crackhead, because there is proof.

I can easily say that because the team has been caught twice within the last two months, there is a high likelihood that more players, including Dre, are using PEDs.

I watched the 4th Q of the Skins/Houston game.
It's amazing that AJ is left alone in zone so much. Watching the Lions, CJ is rarely left singled or free to roam in zone. You'd figure they'd bracket AJ a helluva lot more than they do.
And I love the decision to have Doughty try man up with AJ.

I don't think two teams playing each other for a grand total of 3 times in the regular season constitutes a rivalry. I get the geographic significance but its not a rivalry, IMO. I wish it could be. I would love to see Dallas and Houston play each other once a year in the regular season. It won't happen but it would be fun. Right now all the two teams have is the preseason, three games that matter and 1 answer to a trivia question.

Had it DVR'd....just got done watching. The defense really, really blows...but they stepped up on that last possession to get the ball back for the offense. That was all that was needed. Great win.
