It's a rhetorical question for you to ponder or look up....but I must confess Laker fans I'm openly rooting for Lebron to win the next 5 MVP awards...and for the Cavs to maintain the best record in the league...shit I will start the fucking chant..."Lebronze for MVP Please"....

The failure of no NBA titles with exctly 6 MVP's to match Jordan's 6 titles would be all that one could ask for in life...it would be Colosseum-esque..." ohh you should see the Colosseum Spaniard...it would rise up...rise up like a....like a storm...." Gladiator...

The Final Battle Between Kobe and Lebron...Kobe is the wounded warrior in black and Lebron of course is your knight / savior dressed in white...here is how I have it going down...

Tim Duncan in 2003, before him Shaq in 2000 (when Kobe was his sidekick).

Lebron has plenty of time to accomplish this historic feat..I have no doubt that he eventually will, maybe as early as this season..all the truly great players have done this, and everything about him screams historic greatness..

Jordan, Kareem, Wilt, Russell, Magic, Bird, Duncan, Shaq, Olajuwon..those are probably the top 9 of all-time IMO, and they've all done the historic and difficult achievement of winning an MVP and lead a team to a title in the same season..there's a certain player that you would think would be on this list considering the hype he gets, I can't figure out who it is though..strange..

No Magic? Kobe is ahead of Hakeem, Shaq, Duncan, Bird. Don't even try to argue it.

Quick question....

How many trips to the Finals did it take for Kobe to " lead" his team and win a Finals MVP?

Need to work on your reading, turnip.

:lol @ Kobe being anywhere near that list.

Kobe isn't even top-5 all-time in the history of his own franchise. I'd put him seventh, behind Kareem, Wilt, Jerry West, Elgin Baylor, Magic and Shaq.

LOL

No way would I ever take Kobe over Hakeem or Tim when it comes to starting a team. I wouldn't even look in Kobe's direction.

I guess Lakaluva forgot that Kobe sought out Hakeem in the off season because Hakeem is the master.

Man Lakers fans just get worse and worse.

looool what a fag

Aite well its possible Lebron's more like a Duncan or a Shaq (who are capable of winning both MVP's in a season) than a Kobe (who js... cant).

And Hakeem sought out Moses. Ice Man sought out Dr. J. This is what great player do, but believe me, I don't expect any of you to know that.

Hakeem and Tim are still better than Kobe to build a team around :tu.

Tim is an overrated bum. Kobe has dominated Duncan. Complete domination, with and without Shaq. Hell, Bynum is dominating Duncan. You guys need to get over this stiff. The real stars of the Spurs were Parker and Manu, we never worried about Tim.

Sad stuff indeed.

When it's all said and done, Kobe will have had more success than both of these two players combined. Chew on that.

Let's hope he does so he can maybe get into a top 10 list.

This is almost as good as your "fuck them, Kobe has a legacy to build" comment concerning Pau/Bynum.
