Does anyone know how I can get someones phone number besides a white pages phone book from a website or any other resource. He is the owner of an atv that hit my truck. I have his name and address but not his phone number, my insurance wants to talk to him. He is never there when I go by his house. Thanks.

Shouldn't your insurance find him themselves? You pay them and they want you to do the foot work too?

Oh, and I guess you aren't really with the CIA? ;)

Yeah, he's obviously lying to get someone to help him find a sneaky way to get someone's phone number.

Pretty much. The insurance company doesn't place the responsibility of contacting and interviewing the other party on the person making the claim. He's just wanting someone's phone number for some other reason.

Ok well for all you smart asses out there here is the explanation. The person phone number I want is the owner of the atv that hit me not the driver In case the person who hit me is not willing to pay they go after his homeowners insurance(the owner of the atv). I gave the address and the phone number of the driver who hit me which my insurance has contacted. My truck is in the shop already being repaired my insurance wanted the owners phone number if I had it but all I had was a name and address. My insurance gave me no hassle and as soon as I made the claim I was able to get my truck in the shop and a rental no problem. If I wanted to stalk the guy I can easily do it I know where he lives.

Are you saying ATV...like a 4 wheeler? How much damage can one do to a truck, even if it's a Dodge LOL.
