Has any player been seriously injured in an all star game?

I remember Rick Barry going down in the old timers classic or whatever they called the game where retired players would match up. I actually miss that one because despite being old, they knew the game unlike the rookie game.

IIRC they discontinued the old-timers game after Hot Rod Hundley blew out a knee. The game was kind of a farce anyway.
